工作职责：

A system manager as an engineering professional who designs software products and coordinates the development process for those products.
1.Using industry knowledge to come up with unique product ideas.
2.Consulting with field managers and engineers to determine priorities and costs of development plans based on customer requests.
3.Using software and/or (Python) scripts to create product prototypes.
4.Testing product prototypes to adjust design flows.
5.Evaluating the product prototypes (bench-marking with other products if applicable) to identify potential safety hazards.
6.Overseeing the start of the developing process to ensure productivity and evaluate risks.
7.Coordinating with the product development team to finalize product ideas.
8.Provide trainings for field engineers upon software release.
9.May require about 10% business traveling.

任职资格：

1.M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
2.Previous experience on OPC, DFM, or EDA is preferred.
3.2years of experience as a Product Engineer.
4.2years of experience on prototyping, scripting, design, and evaluation.
5.Strong software prototyping proficiency.
6.Critical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
7.Great interpersonal and communication skills.
8.Great teamwork and coordination skills.
