
工作职责:
1.Develop partial differential equation (PDE) for EM solvers in 3D structures to extract electrical parameter in VLSI.
2.Research suitable methods for different accuracy/performance requirements.
3.Work both independently and in collaboration with other team members to deliver innovative technologies for productions.
4.Solve complex technical issues related to semiconductor device physics/impedance/netlist.
任职资格:
1. Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics/Mathematics, or related fields with backgrounds in numerical simulations. Examples of fields of interest include
A. Electrical engineering (Electrical circuit simulation, system/control theory, semiconductor device simulation)
B. Computational electromagnetics (finite element methods, FEM, boundary element method, BEM, method of moments, MoM, or related fields)
C. Computational physics (Monte Carlo techniques)
2. Strong problem analyzing and solving skills.
3. Proficient in C++/C, Fortran, Python, or Matlab programming.
